Divorce. Retirement. Loss. You're facing high-stakes decisions, and one wrong move could cost you for years. I help you get clear, make a plan, and move forward with confidence. No product sales. Just advice that's actually about you.
You're trying to figure out how to split assets fairly, what to do with the house and retirement accounts, how to afford life on one income, and what a QDRO even is.
I help you make smart decisions before, during, and after your divorce so you don't spend the next 10 years regretting what you agreed to.
You're asking yourself: Can I actually afford to retire? What do I even do with my time? What if I run out of money? How do I make this the best chapter of my life?
Most advisors only talk about money. I focus on the 6 things that actually predict retirement success. Money is just one of them.
A clear plan changes everything.
No complicated processes. No hidden fees. Just three simple steps.
No sales pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about where you are and where you want to go. (30 minutes)
I show you a plan you can actually use, whether we work together or not. You walk away with clarity and next steps. (60-90 minutes)
If it feels right, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings. You keep the strategy we built together.
You deserve advice that's actually about you.
I started Even Path because I was tired of seeing financial planning tied to product sales and investment pitches. I believe you deserve advice that's actually about you, not about what commission I can make.
The name Even Path comes from a concept in mathematics called the Even Path Problem. In graph theory, it asks whether you can find a balanced, non-repeating route between two points in a complex network. In simpler terms: when you're standing in a maze of decisions, is there a clear, even path from where you are to where you need to be?
That's what this practice is built to do. I took a problem mathematicians have studied for decades and turned it into a philosophy: no matter how complex the situation, there is a structured, balanced way through.
I specialize in helping people through the messy, emotional, high-stakes transitions: divorce, retirement, loss. These are the moments when bad financial decisions can cost you for decades. My job is to help you avoid that.
"While I'm not a therapist, I believe the empowerment that comes from taking control of your finances is therapeutic and has a place in the healing process."
No commissions. No kickbacks. No product sales. Just transparent, fee-only advice. You pay me to help you. Simple as that.
Life transitions come with financial complexity and legal process, often at the same time. I'm here to help you understand how those two things intersect.
I'm a licensed attorney in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nevada with experience in family law, civil litigation, and corporate matters. At Even Path, I work alongside Josh to bring legal context to the financial guidance process across all of life's major transitions. That means helping clients understand how legal procedures work, what to expect at each stage, and what questions to bring to their own attorney.
I don't provide legal advice in this role. What I do provide is procedural clarity, so you can walk into every conversation, negotiation, and courtroom better prepared.

Kathryn helps clients understand how legal procedures work, what to expect at each stage, and what questions to bring to their own attorney. It's guidance that bridges the gap between financial planning and legal process.
